The amount of calories and carbs looks daunting, but do not fret. I prepare my rice in the mornings, and the same pot of rice last until dinner... It is never all one meal... Later I will add brussels sprots, bell peppers, and onions, and the other half will be dinner...

Looking forward to entering many successes... In September I will be 48... two years til 50. My desire is to be the sexiest fifty year old I can be with muscles to boot. Hope you take the journey with me... Sincerely Sista.
