I haven't been online in a little while, and come back to find that I have received a lot of support from other people on fatsecret! Thanks y'all!
Today I bout some generic creatine and I am intermittent fasting. My will power for dieting is WEAK, because sometimes I just want to taste food. What is that called? lol I'm also an emotional/boredom/lonely eater. BUT that's what the creatine's for. Even though it's some generic pre-workout I'm hoping it will jack me up enough to get the ball rolling on my strength training. I've been really lazy about it lately. I have everything I need to workout and I DONT DO IT!
I'm tired of being a failure at this....ttyl

Today I discovered Fatsecret.com, bought a weigh scale and decided to really get serious about my weight loss. A month or so ago I was 206lbs. Now, according to my new scale I am 215lbs. I felt it before it was confirmed by the scale. There have to be drastic changes. At least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. No fast food. No processed foods or sugar. TONS of WATER!!
