Today I discovered Fatsecret.com, bought a weigh scale and decided to really get serious about my weight loss. A month or so ago I was 206lbs. Now, according to my new scale I am 215lbs. I felt it before it was confirmed by the scale. There have to be drastic changes. At least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. No fast food. No processed foods or sugar. TONS of WATER!!
