I seem to be in a slump. Giving in easily to emotional eating. I think I've been much more stressed lately. I do ok until something happens. I do keep trying though which is more than I can say for past attempts at Weight Watcher. Endure to the end

I had a set back today. I gave in and ate 4 chocolate chips cookies and a glass of milk. But I'm back on track now. I better catch up with my water and do my walking...

Had another great day today. Stuck to my points with an extra point and did my walking too. Yay

Great day today. I drank all my water, and walked for 15 minutes and I still had one point left. Great day!

Well I'm up more than a pound this week. I ended up drinking 4 dr. peppers this week and not exercising at all. I did ok on my points but I think I'm all bloated from the soda and eating late over the weekend. Also, I didn't drink much water. :( I'll do better this week. My challenge starts today. 8 glasses of water and 15 minutes of walking. Here we go!
