So I guess I ;m doing alright, lost a pound in a week :) I dont feel like I am following the weight wachers point thing very well, but I'm eating under 1800 calories which I'm hoping makes a difference. I could eat salad 2 meals out of 3 a day but when I eat a salad Its not like a dinner salad its a pretty big salad... like 1 and a half dinner salads.. I wonder if this is bad?

So I'm starting weight watchers and fat secret back up again. I'm not happy with my body or my weight for how old and how tall I am. I want to feel confident. And I have soooo many beatiful clothes I wont wear because of my love handles and gut. I already went over my points today, I'm already off to a bad start. I need some motivation and maybe some diet pills :) Nah I'll try it the healthy way. MAybe I'll get some weight loss vitamins... Anyone know of any good ones?

Ok this stinks! I looked at some other people's journals and they are loosing 4-5 pounds every two weeks. Why aren't losing more weight?????? I feel like I'm doing a good job counting the points and I exersize 2-3 times a week. Maybe I need to be drinking more water... would that make a bid difference?? OR maybe more exersize? But I thought counting points alone would make a big difference. I've realized how much I used to eat and I feel like I eat 1/2 of what I used to eat, so why isn't the weight MELTING OFF??????? I'm a little disapointed.
