Even though the scale isn't showing it yet, and I may have overdone it a bit last night at dinner, I'm feeling really good about my progress and I am focused on being consistent! I need to find ways to get more protein during the day!!! low fat dairy is not cutting it, and I'm sick of tuna fish. I brought in leftovers today so at least I'll be good for today, but I need to start doing better prep.
Tomorrow I have a training session at the gym in the evening, but I'm thinking I will do my run in the morning.

Feeling very positive right now, worked out after work felt great. Then went on a 2mile training run this morning and signed up for some lithe method classes. Need to work on consistency!!!
I've been here before, new energy to stay on track, and I know how easy it is to fall of the wagon.
Last night I cooked real dinner for myself- and it was delish and well portioned. I really want to keep doing this. I did eat a few pieces of cereal from the box which is a slippery slope hopefully i can keep my no eating while standing up/ out of a box goal.
I'm a work in progress i guess.
Cheers to a new day hopefully full of veggies and good decisions.

I spent the last 3 weeks self sabotaging my efforts. So once again I'm starting over. I have the exercise part down just need to eat right.
My new rule- no eating while standing up/ out of packages.
No eating after 8pm.
I'm starting to train for my next half marathon this week, which will hopefully help keep me focused.
