went grocery shopping today. bought good healthy food. talapia, skinless chicken, lean ground beef, tuna, lots of veggies, low calorie cheese. but alas, looking through all the food i lost it this afternoon. had a sandwhich chips and a pop. :( try try again tomorrow

stayed in the bed most of the day yesterday a little under the weather. actually didnt consume ENOUGH calories yesterday which is odd for me, but when your sleeping most of the day that happens. only 45 ounces of water yesterday too.
