Did well today. 1 hour of crossfit, Paleo diet for the day (day 1 getting back on it), and a nice recovery from a camping/hiking weekend.

2 Squats on the min/10 min (as heavy as possible with good mechanics)
WOD
Teams of 2
* Teammates work consecutively throughout the chipper for 2 rounds.
* The first teammate proceeds to the next station immediately after finishing and so on. Completing 2 rounds while his/her teammate follows.
* At no point may the second teammate pass the first.
* Time is called when the second teammate finishes.
* Teammates may scale tires, KBS and DU's individually.
* Use the comment board to form teams.
