Starting over AGAIN. Life is so busy and I am not making myself a priority. I eat whenever I get a spare moment and grab whatever is easy or close by. I sit at my desk all day working 10 hour shifts and don't find time to work activity into my day. And it's about to get busier with tournament ball starting for S and the girls arriving in 10 days for their 5 week stay but I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THIS. I'm not healthy, I don't feel good about myself. So here is to a new day and a new start.

Okay I've been astray for almost two months. Wow, where has time gone? I've been off program and have gained back 9 pounds in those two months. It's been a mental struggle to get remotivated but by mistake this morning I opened up my fat secret profile page. Thank you to my browser for remembering where I've visited :)
Anyway, I had two messages in my inbox (yes they were a little old since I haven't checked in). One was someone congratulating me on my progress, the other was a buddy checking in on me. I then went over to my weight history and was reminded of how great I had been doing and that I was actually losing weight! Thankfully it is only a little before 10am and I haven't ate yet this morning so my day is not a waste. I am back on program!
I think part of my mistake was switching from low carb to WW. I simply had too much freedom to keep me focused. So I'm going to stick with low carb. The bad part is that I have to relose those 9 pounds and start C25k all over again. I was on week 5!
Oh well, better to make a go of it now rather than later right? Thank you fat secret and all the people here that support one another!
