I did a 42 hr water fast with electrolytes this week to get back into ketosis. I’ll also be switching to IF schedule this week.

Day 11 of Keto and day 11 of 30 of no alcohol. I made a pact to support a friend with the no drinking, so I decided to add the Keto back while I’m doing it.

I’ve had at least 80 oz of water a day. I feel less bloating overall and energy levels are starting to come back up. I haven’t been super focused on what I’m eating, but will start to add in more vegetables and fiber as I go. My treat for today is self care: 90 min massage!

Back to Keto for the next few months and to tracking my calories. Just looking to clean things up and drop a few pounds in the process. The hardest day is day 1, deciding to start… we’ll see how this goes!
