I had a busy week last week and I wasn't able to make it to the gym much, so I was happy to see that I still met my weight loss target. I've also gotten better with breakfast planning so I have boiled eggs or low-carb cheesecake ready to take with me every morning.

This was a good week! I love it when the scale unexpectedly drops a couple of pounds overnight after a few days of nothing. As long as it keeps doing that I'll keep having my Carb Smart ice cream as my last meal. :)

Weight loss has slowed a bit since I started the long weekend bike rides. 52 miles last week and 56 miles this week. I need to refine my nutrition surrounding the rides, balancing enough carbs to be able to ride well vs. being able to quickly return to ketosis following the ride.
