Stuck on Atkins- L-Carnitine
Good advice. Other things that can potentially stall weight loss are caffeine, citric acid, sugar alcohols, and artificial sweeteners - especially in powder form. Whenever my weight loss slows, I cut all that out for a few days and exercise a bit more and I always start losing again.
