Starting a new diet today. Slow Carb Diet, too many points on Weight Watchers for me, can't seem to lose weight.

I am back. I went away from the site for a while. But I am back. I am trying a different diet, not my favorite, but it is a good jump start. I started the Greens First meal replacement shakes on Monday. for 30 days I replace 2 meals a day with a 57 cal shake, and then eat an additional 1200 calories through the day. Lets see how well this is gonna work

Had a physical this past Thursday. Time to lose weight, LOTS OF WEIGHT. Went out and bought a recumbant exercise bike. 30 minutes today, and every day for the rest of my life. I assume in 6 months this will be easy.

Woo Hoo. Time for a party. I have broken 290 and am now at 289.5. I know its not much but it is progress. AND PROGRESS IS GREAT. Ok, so I am very excited. But I want to be very excited. It is nice to see results. It took two weeks, but about 10 lbs gone and only 69.5 to go :)
