setelah sempet naik sekitar 1kg akibat hoby banget nyemil, akhirnya harus cukup puas akhir pekan ini berat badan masih stuck di kepala 6. target: november berat badan udah kepala 5!

minggu ini sempet naik-turun bb nya. lumayanlaah.. di akhir pekan nyentuh 62kg. pekan depan mesti kepala 5 pokoknya!

cukup mengejutkan, ketika tadi nimbang berat badan dan mendapati angkanya turun 1kg dalam rentang waktu dua hari. wah, padahal selama dua harian itu ngemilnya lumayan juga dan olahraga hanya sesekali :D apa pengaruh stress gara-gara tugas? hahaha

minggu kemaren full makan banyak dan ngemil gak karuan. maklum, lg pms dan udah tradisi tiap mau menstruasi -_-
sempet naik banget jadi 66,4 kg dan skrg udah turun di 63,3kg. pokoknya semangat 2 minggu ini harus udah nyentuh angka 59kg.. dari target 55kg!!
