lumayan koh ini, di 61.9 kg! ini setelah sebelumnya sempat melonjak naik ke angka 64 kg. duh, duh...

baru bisa nimbang lagi, gegara timbangan digital rusak dan baru bisa dipake lagi... lumayan deh, walopun pekan ini jarang aerobic, tp gegara tetep jaga makan dan (juga) disibukkan tugas, bb beranjak turun. yeyeyeyyeye

akhirnya kepala 60 an.... target diet challenge bareng temen tinggal memasuki minggu terakhir, minggu depan pokoknya harus 57 atau 58 kg an

sempet naik sampe 64kg.. dan pekan ini diet dimulai hari rabu sewaktu bb skitar 63.2... alhamdulillah, hari ini udah di 61.1 kg!! memang sih, pengaturan makan dan ngemil2 manis+asin jadi salah satu kunci penurunan bb. semangat!! target akhir bulan november, mesti udah nyentuh kepala 5!
