todayy,, i didnt really had what i planned instead i had:
*2 toast wit philla & jam + 1/2 tea = 210
*LCMs Bar = 88
*Noodle = 282
*Spagetti = 210
*2 cookies = 120
*mini fruity biscuits = 50
TOTAL = 960 ...... i gues its all rittee butt tomorow ,, 800 for sureee (:

ohk ,, worked out tomorrow diet plannn!!! woop woop (: & it sounds prettay gd.
Breakfast: 2 slice of multigrain toast + Jam = 210calories
Recess: Low Fat Yoghurt = 82calories
Lunch: Noodle Soup = 282
Dinner: Spagetti = 225
After Dinner Snack = Banana
TOTAL calories intake: 892
from the usual 1200 << so i've took away 400 worth of caloriess (:

ok. Tomorrow, i am reducing 500 calories from my daily intakes. My usual calorie intakes is 1200 and subtracting 500 which will equals, 700. I eat too much cookies. Need to eat more fruits (: hopefully this will WORK!! coz i'm getting really over wieght. I need to control it now. So gay :( i
