Weighed in the morning and stayed consistent at 127. Didn't run after work because I was so tired, then totally overate at dinner. Even though I ate low carb, I constantly took "little" tastes while preparing the hubby dinner, and then ate all of mine. Feel completely bloated and guilty. Hoping to run 6 miles tomorrow and undo any damage. Blah.
