well well well here i be pre diabetic officially swore to my self i would take diabetes seriously if i ever got it. good thing is i can control the disease by losing weight and i will weight by controlling the disease. SO is very much under weight and pre diabetic. need to balance my diet with his maybe larger portions for him.

i think i weigh 246 i need to be under 240 by april 1 and under 230 by may 1 and under 220 by june 1 and under 210 by july 1st and under 200 by august 1st then 5lb a month sept oct nov and dec for 180lbs then 1to 2 pounds a month till 170pounds then i will be at goal and sized 12 medium.
