Had a midwinter Christmas Dinner to attend....awesome night, but went way over calorie count. Definitely fast day tomorrow.

Beginning My Challenge challenge. Looking at paleo recipes.
For breakfast I had a protein drink made up of 1 tbs protein powder, 1 tsp of super green powder, 1 tbs of LSA and 1 cup of almond and coconut milk.... now for lunch and dinner.

First day of challenge: no wheat, sugar, fried foods, snacks between meals. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. This is for 1-2 weeks. So far so good.... however I've only been awake for 2 hours (8.30am now).

Really hard when my Mum makes lunch and then says why aren't I eating more as she put all this hard work into it.
find the evenings hard to stop eating. it's about breaking old habits.
