Total focus as I went up over the week, even though I had stuck closely to my challenge.that was a it of a curve ball but reading buddies comments has helped me keep positive...really like this site. Lost 400g... so really pleased with that. On to week 3.

Got really cold and wet here.... got hungry. Still no grains but did have a few extra nuts and fruit.

Sundays and Thursdays are 'fast' days.... sort of following the 5:2 eating habits eating a cross between paleo and flexitarian foods. This means no grains but will include legumes and milk for my tea and coffee. Our cows are grass fed so that is a bonus.
Fast days for me are around the 500 cal mark. I find water is a good hunger buster.
