I know this diet works, but you have eat healthy and not all fat. Just because butter is on the list doesn't mean you need it.I eat lots of seafood and veg(only on the list) and i feel fantastic

Im doing well I think. It's hard some days but if I hold on and stay strong, I know I can do it.
