I am a 31 yr old Male living in Tampa Florida.
I have lost around 100 lbs in the past few years. My fiancée recently moved in and for some unexplained reason, I put my weight loss on hold. I have started to put on some of the weight I lost. I never got to my goal weight, but I intend to pick up where I left off so I can look great for my wedding and have a healthy future :)
I enjoy cycling. I sit in front of a computer all day, so my activity lately has been lax. I used to ride my bike to work at least 3 days a week, giving me 3 hours of cardio a week. This was a huge boost to my weight loss. I am going to start riding my bike even more and enjoying the hobby I love.
