Take a deep breath and here I go again. I am just getting so frustrated with my weight gain. I NEED to loose this weight or I will be taking more medications soon and/or injections for DM....I do not want that. So I will endeavor to loose the weight. Ernie and I joined the YMCA and hopefully we will both go there regularly.

not too bad of a day. Not 100% on target yet, but will be in the next few days. Might allow myself one last cheat meal tonight since the boys are at the hockey game. Haven't gone to a fast food resturant in a month or so..hmmmmmmmmmmmm debate time. And even if I do, won't feel guilty, just back on the track again. Occasional isn't too bad anyway.
