I just signed up today .I am type 2 diebetic and i have astreoarthritis as well. I haven't been trying hard enough to stay on track with testing my blood or with my food intake on a regular basis. I have gone to the beltline pool on tues and thurs at noon .It was a tethered water work out class for a month now.
