Good morning, everyone!!! 😁😁😁
I have finally reached one of my 1st step goals to get under 140. That took a while. On 17 April, I began this journey. However, I'm getting there. Sticking to my ab workouts, stretching, and 1,300 to 1,500 calories/day structure. Thanks.

Good morning, everyone. Below is what I've found to be true as I continue to fluctuate between 142 and 143. My body shape is changing. I'm trying not to get discouraged by my weight not going down, so when I look in the mirror, I like what I see and I love how I feel. Stronger and with more energy. Don't weigh myself!!! Just keep pushing!!!

Good morning, everyone!!! I'm doing great so far!!! I'm probably down more. This weight was from yesterday after I ate. I'm out and about early, trying not to weigh myself too often. Just feeling the change is becoming very encouraging.
