Haven't done very well the past few days. Have gone over my calorie limit by a couple of hundred calories all 3 days. I'm not planning my meals. Tomorrow is a day off, planning food and meals is my priority for the day.

I had a weigh in at my TOPS meeting this morning and I lost 3 lbs., I'm satisfied with myself but I know I could do better.

I went over my 1200 cal limit both Sat. and Sun., hit about 1500 on both days. I was really hungry, but at least I didn't eat junk.
