I am happily married and have a 20 year old son and a 30 year old step daughter. I am also a grandma of two beautiful girls.
I work full time and find it hard to plan for meals at home. I always tend to over buy groceries and end up throwing them away because of spoilage. We are either on the go or working on projects, that by the time we realize we need to eat we are too tired or it is too late to cook.
I need to lose at minimum 50 pounds. I also need motivation to work out. I start in and do well, then life happens and breaks my routine.
