At 172.3 lb I am pretty much where I want to be for weight(I have other fitness goals). Now I just eat to the 0 weight loss or gain number and that number changes daily based on the activities and foods I am eating. For example if I am eating high fat foods I can eat less calories, but HSK automatically will adjust for me so I don’t have to worry about Macros, carbs and so on if I don’t want to. I can simply eat and HSK will adjust auto adjust my calories accordingly.
