I have reached a point no person should be at. I currently weigh 313 lbs, which is a gain of 14 lbs over this last year. I have been steadily climbing the charts most of my life. The only time I have truly had a real weight loss was when I worked at Wal-Mart on third shift. Basically I spent 8-9 hours a day bending and lifting. I lost 30 lbs over a 6 month period and nothing since. I weighed an unhealthy 247 then. That was 2006. I sincerely need help with the mental and physical side of this disease. Its not that I am not energetic, but more often than not, I just don't do things. I am hoping by starting this program that I will build the blocks I need to get through life and the hurdles involved to become a healthy me again.
