Sooo... yesterday I went a bit over AND I didn't go on the treadmill. I actually feel I ate more than that calorie count yesterday.
It's hard having all those leftover chips and cheetos from halloween! Those are my weakness, not the chocolate.
Today... same goal... need to get some exercise, even if it's just a walk outside. It's a really nice day today.

Yesterday I ate well, but no exercise!
Diet today - so far, so good! Aiming to get back into going on the treadmill today. I'll take it easy by walking for half an hour...
