Heyyy ALL.. I hope everyone is doing alright. Today we cracked 100 degrees today. HOTDANGIT. For those that know me, thats a bad thing. Actually when my personal thermometer goes over 78 degrees, my attitude turns horrid. I park 2 blks over from my job because I work downtown and every step, I was cussing as if that was gonna change anything. And I swear my shoes were melting. I know they were squeeking. I felt their pain...lol

let me see, my diet is going okay because Im doing a restart this week. TOnight i did cheat because I was craving cereal. I crave cereal once a month for the past 20 years. Weirdest thing ever! I dont even like milk but once a month I need a bowl of cereal. I did good last 2 months but this month I couldnt resist the vanilla almond Special K cereal for desert. And i feel great! it could have been soooo much worst though. ANNYYWHHOOO...

Ive even mapped out the next 8 weeks and this time when i finish, I plan on taking myself and a friend to Dallas for a girls weekend. It will be my reward. This go around, Im hoping for at least 10lbs... I can do it! I will do it... Watch me do it!!

HHHHEEEEEEYYYY... Good morning FS! I finished my first 8 weeks. Im down 17lbs. Get it shawty~~ Im so excited, I just cant hide it. (dancing like a Pointer Sister) I restart tommorrow, so Im going to get started on preparing my meals. I have to lose 2.5lbs by July 15 so that i can hit my first 20lbs. It seems so easy, and i can do it because I like the new way of life.
Yesterday was my last cheat day for another 8 weeks. Im glad that it worked out like that because I did my hubby surprise fathers day yesterday and made nothing but fried food (honey pecan glazed fried chicken, just sounds fat),french fries and fried biscuits for our indoor picnic. But I ate so early and never ate again so maybe im able to myself again.. I did have desert, lowfat icecream with one of those 150 calorie, single serving warm cake bowls. Im proud of myself...

Anyway getting ready to prep my meals for next week. Hope you all have a great day and happy fathers day to the good men out there and the women who are being that father figure in their childrens lives!!!

SHIA, still singing MOVE... Get out the way... I was humming it at work the other day. lol
