Howdy all and myself- I love this journal writing stuff-lol... Woow today is day 7 and I decided to weigh in early instead of tommorrow morning. I lost 5.5lbs, woowsie, but women problems lead me on an emotional and physical rollercoaster. But its all good, I have a doctors appointment in October and Iwant to make sure I give him all the facts before i make my decisions. Me the planner! lol... Thanks so much for all concern. My girl is doing fine, she is still a handful! But I love her little crazy self. My boy had the best week of kindergarten in forever. He's been doing great. His teacher told me on Friday that he's going to have homework EVERY day... Im so excited. So is he! Aww the age of 5. Life is good.
AS for my diet, I remember the first time I did it, the excitement of the first weight loss. This time, I felt relief knowing that Im still able to lose. This week since I dropped my carb intake down to the bare minimum and I will bring it back up this work. SOOOOOO, this week I get to bring back working out.Im going to start light and walk 2-3 miles a day starting tommorrow. Im excited!

I went back to my old diet. WW wasnt doing it for me. I realized Im that person that needs discipline. I cant have any leeway for a while. This diet is strict for the first week, but after that there is more variations. I know the results, Im hoping to lose 11 lbs by the time I go see the obgyn in October.. I know I can do it.
I did have a crazy night. My 2 year old daughter decided instead of going to bed like a big girl, she would stick a bead up her nose... It was far too. Amazingly it didnt constrict her airways. But we panicked.Since my sons first day of school was today, I ended up taking her to the ER.3 sweet men, and a nice nurse got to see my 2 year old in her full out Bernie Mac comedy show. I mean anyone that would listen she would tell them about the bead. So they couldnt get it out.Made me panic.So they recommended her to a ear, nose and throat specialist. We didnt sleep at all.Long story short, got my boy to school, my daughter is beadless in the nostrils and Im sleepdeprived. So far this was the most expensive bead of my life. 400 bucks with insurance... BUT Im following my diet instead of stress eating. Im determined again. I gotta live for my kids.
