so typically i weigh in a few times a week, but only put my weight up once a week(same time same place). but i weighed myself just now(even after eating) and i'm down to 212! i hope that lasts.
i also don't post everything i eat most days, it's too hard to get an accurate calorie reading since i don't measure portions(i just eyeball things and eat until i don't feel hungry). so if anyone looks at my intake and sees around 700-1000, i can guarantee you that's not all of it :)
200 is just a first-step sort of goal. my ultimate goal is to be healthy somewhere under 140. i would like to be realistically close to this by early july of next year, so here's hoping that i keep at it. :)
