Time to start again. I was doing so well in December then the holidays came and it was back to the usual. So I am back with my WHOLE family on it this time. I hope that helps it stick. I was happy to note that even after three months off diet, I am still not back where I was.

I have finally made it back under 165. I haven't been under this weight since before my daughter was born (which amounts to over 2 years ago). I had a hard time with the holidays but realized that I didn't want to undo what I had accomplished. I watched my portion sizes and really was quite full with only one cheat dish (stuffing - gotta have it). I am back on plan this week and since we aren't going out for New Year's I should be just fine. I hope everyone else is doing well.

I can't believe this working. I lost 5 pounds this week and my size 14 pants are already getting loose. I plan on getting more workouts in during the next week. I am also not hungry or craving anything - it is GREAT!!!
I wish I had found this site the first day I started the diet - this weigh in makes it look like I lost 5 pounds overnight and it was really over 5 days.
