redbutt refers to my african grey parrot who has a beautiful red tail. She is a baby that has lived with us for 27 years and is quite the character. I am retired although I still work during the summer a few days a week. I have been a vegetarian for years but now my doctor feels that this is too high carb for a diabetic and I need to decrease the carb and up the protein. I have included sea food but I need more info --this is new for me.
