I've been sticking with well-balanced meals (3× a day: sometimes a low calorie snack), paying attention to my macro content. Aiming for high protein (mostly lean chicken and whey protein shakes), medium carb (mostly from bean, yogurt, and vegetables), and low but healthy fat (salmon and nuts) I've added some full body with weight exercises, too, but not as consistently as I should. It's working!! 🫠
