11 December 2011
Well today was weigh in day.
I decided I would go Sunday to Sunday no matter what.
So on Dec 4 I was 215 but since I had several bad days before the 4th. I shot up to 219 on Dec 5. Was afraid I would not show a loss by the next Suday Dec 11. Was still above 215 on Friday Dec 9 but pleased to see Dec 11 was 213.
What a ride to show a lost of 2 pounds I had to actually lose 6 pounds over the week.
Hopefully the rest of the weeks go better and keep going in the right direction.

Tracking the food is really great.
Walked for an hour this morning and again this afternoon.
My legs were sore this morning from the gym last night. It was better this afternoon. Will skip the gym tonight.

Was a great day. Stadied on target wit food intake and Excercised.
I was really tired around 6 p.m. but still went to the gym and felt so good after.
Excited to have a good day.

Started eating right and excerising in Oct 2010
Was 285 lbs by July 2011 my wieght was 202.
Since July I have regained 13 lbs and decreased my excerise.
Need to get back on track
This past week went to the gym 3 times
Walked today for 3 miles.
Very excited that it was not as difficult as it was in Oct 2010. But not as great as July 2011.
Look forward to this new start to get back on track and reach my goal of 160.
