Hello, my name is Rene' and I'm 52 years old. I say that I am fairly active, although this year I did complete my first Olympic Triathlon. I can only compare my workouts to friends who workout 6 - 7 days a week. I still swim twice a week and go to the gym once to twice a week doing 30 - 45 minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes or more of weights. I try to get out at least once a week for a bike ride but that has fallen off the radar lately. I would like to plan for 1 lb. a week because this would put me at a good weight by the time next years triathlons begin.
Just trying to stay as young as my mind :-)
