HELLO........ I have missed all of my FS buddies. I have been on vacation for 10 days. Well, a Staycation, I did not access my computer, I refused to turn anything technical on since I was on vacation.
I did lose 1 lb. wooohooo!, but I even though I didn't record what I ate, I still watched what I ate. When I wanted something that was a treat, I would just watch my portion and try to make it a small portion. When I craved something sweet, and it was easy to want it since I wasn't gonna record it, who would know anyways, right? Well, I would just grab a fruit. I just stayed with it and made it through the week.
I'm so excited to get back and see how everyones been.

It's Friday and I'm totally ready for the weekend. It seems when I quit worrying about the lbs. coming off and decided I was just happy at the weight I am, boom the lbs. started coming off. Go figure!
Tonight my son has boxing and I usually walk 3 laps around the park where he's boxing close to and that is a total of 3.9 miles. But :( looks like rain, the weather mans calling for rain, so we will probably get rain. It's been sunny all day and now it's friday night approaching and we going to get rain...
