Was up very early this morning, decided to go to the gym before work! Ammmmm, my body did not want to move at all! Plus I kept trying to make an excuse of why it was too early to move.
But I will try again...

Ok, so I went to McAlister's Deli for lunch for work with the girls. All i get is a stinking brocoli and cheddar. I knew it probably wasn't the best choice but I would have never guessed that it would of had 213 calories, thats 7 pts. for WW. Then I did split a chocolate spoon cake and took the smaller portion. I do love chocolate, so basically veggies only for dinner tonight!
It's all good because that chocolate portion was so heavenly.

Up and so anxious today, this weather is beautiful. Just like a summer day!
Ran during Lunch for 15 on and 15 off. Great workout! I'm trying to alter the way I eat, I tend to eat more carbs and I'm a protein "needer". So I'm really trying to see what foods are causing me to have higher carbs so i can learn to stay away and try to get more protein in, which tends to make burn calories and stay fuller longer.
