Being a father of two, now 15 and 17, there's a lot of temptation around the house to have a diet fail. Not much extra time to exercise either. I do like the idea of play taking the place of excercise and I'll try to do more of that in the future.

Kindred spirits
Whole grains with banana and friuts for Breakfast, soups or salad for lunch, fruit and nuts between meals and a decnet meal of fish or chicken with veggies at night.

I'm not hungry at all. I just need to focus a bit not to eat two to three hours before bed. Other than that its working well. I do need to start exercising to get the weight to drop off faster.

Didn't really need the detox except to break alot of old habits.
