So apparently studies have shown that weighing yourself daily helps with weight loss? I always thought it was bad to just focus on the scales and that more than once a week was "unhealthy". I guess I'll try weighing in every day and see how that goes.

Oh God. You just never know what life is going to throw at you. Last month my dad went into the hospital and I had to put my life on hold and rush to England. Unfortunately, after an agonising few days of limbo, not knowing which way it would go, he passed away. I feel like my whole world has been shaken up. Have spent the last 3 weeks with my mum and brother, and now it's time to gradually get back into "normal" life. Though at the moment it feels like that's impossible - I don't think life will ever feel "normal" again. I can't believe he's really gone, and I miss him so much.
