wow....I guess its ask and you will recieve? Just yesterday I was complaiing about the weight and when it was going to start "falling off" and today was the day...all the spinning and eating reasonably well has paid off.

Weigh-in: 166.0 lb

lost so far: 16.0 lb

still to go: 41.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I have re-surfaced...after a bit of cheating and non-cheating to 170 and I am fueled up to begin again. I will go back to Ph 1 and re-group.

This week has been dismal. Frustrated from the lack of movement and increased workouts I let myself go and cheated Monday and Wednesday. Pasta one night, and bread and dessert the other. I am contemplating going back to phase 1.
