Its been 4 days since I "restarted" my weight loss plan. So far so good on goal #1.....I have not cheated one single time.....my eating has been great! I meal prep on sunday so all my lunches are already prepared, and I brought healthy small snacks to eat between meals if I get hungry, that part is going great! I unfortunately was a little slow to get to the gym! but that's ok! I made it to the gym yesterday and am still feeling the burn this morning! yesterday I focused on arms, and just typing this post is burning my arms and shoulders! YAY! I noticed yesterday our gym got some new equipment, more specifically a stairmaster! I cant wait to master the stairs! I know that'll be a great tool for cardio and toning my lower body. I hope you all are having a fabulous week!

ive gone up 3 pounds since august......honestly im not stressing those pounds at all! i wasnt eating right or exercising so im SOOOO happy the gain wasnt greater! But its a new year! and im ready to kicks this weights butt!!!! Goal #1....no cheating for 1 full month! Exercise for atleast 30 mins every single day.....Will update on Feb 4th! :)

Here it is Monday, and I am finally back on track! Spent all day yesterday meal prepping for the week and it was awesome! I made seared chicken breast with roasted sweet potatoes, turkey meatballs, with homemade marinara and whole wheat pasta, and seared steak with rice and black beans and broccoli is my veggie of choice this week. I almost made egg "muffins" with egg, sausage, roma tomatoes and a touch of cream cheese for breakfast/snack. Going to be a GREAT week!
