Its been 4 days since I "restarted" my weight loss plan. So far so good on goal #1.....I have not cheated one single time.....my eating has been great! I meal prep on sunday so all my lunches are already prepared, and I brought healthy small snacks to eat between meals if I get hungry, that part is going great! I unfortunately was a little slow to get to the gym! but that's ok! I made it to the gym yesterday and am still feeling the burn this morning! yesterday I focused on arms, and just typing this post is burning my arms and shoulders! YAY! I noticed yesterday our gym got some new equipment, more specifically a stairmaster! I cant wait to master the stairs! I know that'll be a great tool for cardio and toning my lower body.
