I'll drive myself crazy if I count portions at every meal and snack so just going to switch things up so that if I hit at least 3000 calories, I should be good. It was really difficult forcing myself to eat so many times a day. Going to incorporate protein shakes into my nightly snack, as this is what I keep getting advised to do. We'll see.

It's been over a year and I think I'm ready to try again. I have a new diet plan in mind, rather than the 4k calorie diet, I've used dietician.com to help construct a daily meal plan. Let's see if this works.
