Big way to go for me. I've been sick buts thats no excuse. I havent wieghed in awhile because I knew. As of right now, I'm standing and holding my ground agaist myself. There is no longer a battle of inner conflict, no more negative dialogue in my head. The magic cure for weightloss is this: move more and eat more nutritional food. Current damage to body is a bad knee and morning blood sugar is 95. I am 34yo and no longer going down hill, but taking a more enjoyable walk in life.
