Day 5 of the paleo diet, today was better, no carb detox symtoms and been watching what I eat at the center. Today was the best day so far on my diet all three areas are in the 30% range, so I feel really good about that.

Day 4 and still doing ok no detox symptoms yet today. Had 190g of carbs. Feel really good today met with Pat today, and then started assemblying the project at the center.

Day three on fat secret and WAY below were I my goals are. I have a headache that I believe is from lack of eating enough. Felt good most the day until around 4 when the headache started. Havent weighed in today but I will soon.

Back on all my meds. looking to get ready for dragon boats season. Trying to go no/low carbs. and eat paleo. More lean protein, and fiberous vegetables and no carbs. Thanks to my sister for the heads up on this site.
