I am about to turn 46, sedentary, need to lose about 60lbs, knee problems make exercising difficult (ACL previously injured 2x; knee sounds "crunchy" when I walk up or down stairs) I have a Gazelle, for exercise. Need to stop eating carbs at night. Now trying to focus on veggies in the diet & taking probiotics to cut down on any yeast in my system (they cause cravings)
