Havent been on in a long time, but I have been diligent in my exercise quest. I'm proud to say that I am sitting at 225lbs.

Even though its been a long time checking in, i've been following my principles of eating and it has payed dividends. Exercising for at least 1 hour and eating well balanced meals will help you set the tone for weight loss.

Its been a while since I last logged on, but i've been super busy with getting ready for school. What I plan on doing is going on a fried food fast for over 30 days. I want to see the triggers of fat absorption relate to when oils are not introduced into the body at all. I will also eat one meat (lean) a day to monitor fat content. Ill weigh in in a month to see progress.

Well I'm proud to say that even with a splurge of eating days on Saturday and Sunday, was still able to lose one pound while adding a 1/2 pound of muscle to my body. My motto for this week, reward yourself for keeping focused and staying the course, and remember if you are eating more calories than you are exercising, you will gain weight.
